This is how it works!

Download Tuup, and order the Kyyti!

Download the Tuup-application either from the Google Play (Android) or the Apple Store (iPhone).



Register by entering your email address and creating a password. You will then receive a link to your e-mail, which we will ask you to confirm. After confirming your email, you can immediately log onto the service from your device. 

The application automatically navigates your current location, if you have given permission to use your location information. You can also enter the address manually in the address field. Please check that in the application, you set the origin and destination correctly, the number of passengers and any additional baggage. Please note that you can also pre-order the Kyyti by choosing the desired day and time, and selecting when it should be earliest in your origin or will arrive latest in your destination.


The application shows you route suggestions and timetables. By your selected specifications you will see right way the total price of the journey in three different service categories; Express, Flex and Smart. You can click the best option that suits you. After a successful subscription, you will receive notification “Order received” to your mobile device and you can open the ticket.

You will also receive notification “Kyyti is arriving” before start of the journey and you can follow Kyyti’s approach on the map.

The Kyyti order number serves as a ticket.

You can view your order history at the Kyyti-orders from subscriptions of Trips-section of the app.


Pay your Kyyti by charge card. The payment intermediary is PayiQ. We support all major charge cards. If you have a combination card (credit/debit), you must choose whether the purchase is charged to the credit facility or directly to your bank account. The debit card number and a three-digit CVC2/CVV2 security code are on the back of the combination card.

The Kyyti is always paid in advance and the price does not change in transit.
